NORMAN — The following people were charged with felony counts in the Cleveland County Court Clerk’s Office:
· Andrew Joseph Laws-Danaher, 23, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence of drugs.
· Kayla Michelle Parmalee, 21, driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
· Joshua Scott Brown, 37, third degree arson, endangering a human during arson, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, burning a cross.
