NORMAN — An OU medical student was arrested this week after numerous charges were filed against him in Oklahoma County.
Dustin Bailey Graham, 25, of Oklahoma City, was charged with:
· Seven counts of use of a computer for the purpose of violating Oklahoma statutes;
· Unlawfully using a computer system/network to gain access to and damage, modify, alter, delete, destroy, copy, make use of, disclosure or take possession of information;
· Eight counts of using electronic equipment in a clandestine manner; and
· Possession of obscene material involving the participation of a minor under the age of 18
According to court documents, Graham was video-taping women changing, showering and going to the bathroom in his home.
The computer charges are associated to Graham allegedly hacking into students’ email accounts.
He was a third-year medical student and has since been expelled.
Since there is an ongoing investigation, the University of Oklahoma would not comment.
