NORMAN — The following people were charged with felony counts in the Cleveland County Court Clerk’s Office:

· Robin Leann Kidwell, 50, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to carry insurance or security verification form

· Clinton Ray Stevens, 34, possession of controlled dangerous substance

· Trevon Lamar Moore, 24, possession of controlled dangerous substance within 100 feet of school, escape from arrest or detention, public intoxication
