First Fidelity Bank names director of retail administration

NORMAN — Sean Crandall, of Norman, has been named senior vice president, director of retail administration, at First Fidelity Bank. Crandall brings more than 18 years in banking experience to his new role.

Crandall will serve on the executive management team. He will be responsible for directing organizational goals, strategic planning, objectives, infrastructure and culture for the bank’s retail division in Oklahoma and Arizona.

Additionally, he will oversee office and facilities management, mortgage lending, the bank’s non-deposit product program, insurance products and retail support divisions.

Prior to his new position, Crandall worked in a number of regional management roles at Arvest Bank. Crandall is a co-chair for Leadership Norman and serves as a board member for United Way of Norman.

In the past several years, he has been very active within the community, including with the Mary Abbott Children’s House, March of Dimes, Big Brothers Big Sisters and the American Heart Association and other organizations.
