Norman man is a suspect in shooting

NORMAN — A Norman man was arrested Saturday morning after being suspected of shooting another man during a quarrel.

Norman police responded to a report of a fight between two men at 10 a.m. at 4016 Mayfair Drive. While responding, officers received information that one man had a gun and the second man had suffered a gunshot wound to the arm.

Officers took Todd William Hoss, 47, into custody as the suspected shooter. EMSStat transported the victim, whose identity has not yet been verified, to OU Medical Center for treatment. Police said injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.

Norman police detectives are continuing their investigation and have not booked or formally charged anyone associated with the incident.
