The Norman Transcript

NORMAN — The following people were charged with felony counts in the Cleveland County Court Clerk’s Office:

· Ryan Jordan Roth, 19, first degree burglary, larceny of motor vehicle and false declaration of ownership in pawn

· Robert William Spellman, 34, second degree arson in concert w/ M. Gee and two counts of third degree arson in concert w/ M. Gee

· Mitchell Glenn Gee, 30, second degree arson in concert w/ R. Spellman and two counts of third degree arson in concert with R. Spellman

· David Kenneth Kapple, 31, accessory to felony

· Natasha Direna-kay Baxter, 28, unauthorized use of vehicle and knowingly concealing stolen property

· Tyler Jamison McCutchen, 21, distributing controlled dangerous substance w/in 2,000 feet of park, maintaining dwelling where controlled drugs kept, acquiring proceeds from drug activity and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

· Christopher Gee Butler, 21, conspiracy, grand larceny in concert w/ J. Thomas and M. Harris and knowingly concealing stolen property in concert w/ J. Thomas and M. Harris

· Nathaniel Alan Straight, 24, false declaration of ownership in pawn

· Diego Andres Ramirez, 25, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and failure to stop for red light

· Jaquae Shantel Thomas, 22, conspiracy, grand larceny in concert w/ C. Butler and M. Harris and knowingly concealing stolen property in concert w/ C. Butler and M. Harris

· Michael Lynn Harris, 44, conspiracy, grand larceny in concert w/ C. Butler and J. Thomas and knowingly concealing stolen property in concert w/ C. Butler and J. Thomas
