Residential Activity — Sept. 19-26.

Twenty-One single-family residential unit permits were issued valued at $3,450,600 with an average value of $164,314.

Sixteen single-family addition/alteration permits were issued valued at $346,886.

Two single-family permits were issued to replace wild fire damaged manufactured homes at 3801 132nd Ave SE and 14351 Bridge Creek Dr valued at $84,800 and $20,000 respectively.

One storage building permit was issued to replace wild fire damaged storage building at 12851 Cedar Ln.

Two single-family residential unit applications were submitted valued at $343,990 with an average value of $171,995.

Four single-family addition/alteration applications were submitted valued at $71,300.
