NORMAN — The following people were charged with felony counts in the Cleveland County Court Clerk’s Office:

· John Wesley Alexander, 24, knowingly concealing stolen property

· James Franklin Patton, 29, domestic abuse assault and batter, possession of controlled dangerous substance, public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia

· Donna Kay Witt, 41, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia

· Jon Jared Songer, 29, possession of controlled dangerous substance, failure to carry insurance or security verification form

· Rocky Guadalupe Juan Martinez Jr., 21, bail jumping

· Steffan James Christensen, 21, driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, transporting an open bottle or container of liquor, operating a vehicle with an expired or improper tag/decal

· Keary Douglas Adams, 21, bail jumping

· Shawn Matthew Peano, 40, bail jumping

· Kennith Jawrome Bullard, 30, bail jumping

· Mark David Elston, 33, bail jumping

· Carlos Gabriel Pereira, 37, bail jumping

· Michael Travis Keith, 28, bail jumping
