Fix A Cat Inc. of Norman, a nonprofit organization aimed at reducing and stabilizing unwanted feral cat populations via trap, neuter and spaying and release program will celebrate National Feral Cat Day 5-8 p.m. today at PetSmart.
PetSmart also is accepting donations of unopened dry cat and kitten food to give cat foster care homes.
An educational display will include information on adoptable strays or kittens that are rescued and put into foster care.
Donations can be dropped off between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.
