NORMAN —

Colton Paul McGowan recently turned 1-year-old on Nov. 12, 2012, by celebrating with a John Deere-themed party at the Norman YMCA. He is the son of Lee and Tara McGowan and the little brother of Madison McGowan, all of Washington. His maternal grandparents are Tod and Margaret Luttrell, of Norman, and his paternal grandfather is the late Paul McGowan.
