Inez Duncan, 69, of Rosedale, died Nov. 14. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church in Rosedale with the Rev. Kent Wooster and the Rev. Russell Newville officiating.
She was born Oct. 4, 1940, in Rosedale, the second of five children to D.C. Short and Evelyn (Jennings) Short.
