Ima Jean Cox, 72, died Wednesday, Nov. 4, in Norman.
She was born Jan. 19, 1937, to Charlie and Iva (Page) Thomason in Norman.
She was preceded in death by her husband; daughter Iva Jean Allspaugh; siblings Johnny Thomason, Leroy Thomason, Wanda Kiogima and Clara Petross. Survivors include her children Donald and Tanya Cox, Vannessa Blalock; siblings Clasteen Piarce, Kathryn Thornhill, MaryJane Armstrong, Doyle Lee; 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Lexington Cemetery under the direction of Wadley's Funeral Service.
