Donald Ray Cook, 61, of Oklahoma City died Friday, Oct. 30, in Oklahoma City. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Wadley's Funeral Chapel in Purcell.
Mr. Cook was preceded in death by his mother.
Survivors include a daughter; siblings Charles Cook of Oklahoma City, Carl Cook of Louisana, Henry Cook of Oklahoma City, John Cook of Kansas City, Mo., Lee Cook of Purcell, Tommy Cook of New Mexico, William Cook of Purcell and Leroy Cook of Norman; and many other relatives and friends.
