Norman — G. Richard Plavchak, 61, of Lexington died Wednesday, March 17, at Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City.

He is survived by his wife Vickey of the home; one son, Greg Plavchak and wife Jan of Purcell; three daughters, Gina Parks and husband John of Norman, Patty Kaminski and husband Ron of Lexington, Julie Howell of Lexington; and many other relatives and friends.

Rosary service will be 7 p.m. Sunday at Wilson-Little Funeral Home Chapel in Purcell. The funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Purcell, with interment to follow at the Lexington Catholic Cemetery.
