NORMAN — Cecil Tarpley, 78, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, in Arlington, Texas. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Wadley’s Funeral chapel. Arrangements are by Wadley’s Funeral Service in Purcell.
