NORMAN — Thomas J. “Capt. Jack” Berryhill, 74, of Oklahoma City (Cleveland County), died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at John M. Ireland Funeral Home chapel in Moore. Arrangements are by John M. Ireland Funeral Home.
