Norman — Longtime Paoli resident Helen S. Carter, 80, died Saturday, March 13.
She was preceded in death by husband Ike Carter; parents Lewis and Chloris Moody; sister Jean Bennett and brothers Bob and Buddy Moody.
She is survived by daughter Margaret Turner and husband Jerrell of Stuart; son Lewis Carter and wife Georgia of Marietta; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sisters Wynn Fulks and husband Daniel of Wayne and Erma Dulin of Worcester, Mass.; brother Harold Moody and wife Jane of Slaughterville.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wilson-Little Funeral Home Chapel. Burial follows at the Paoli Cemetery.
