Norman — Samuel Lee Slate, 24, died Tuesday, March 11, in Oklahoma City. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Covenant Church in Noble, under the direction of Wadley’s Funeral Service.
Samuel was born Feb. 20, 1986, to Bill Slate and Kathy (Tabb) White.
Samuel is survived by his parents, Bill Slate and wife Michelle and Kathy White and husband Wayne; daughter Allysa Slate; siblings Amy Fogle and husband Troy, Joey Slate and wife Gretchen and Ayla Hanna; nieces Presleigh Sevier, Emily Slate and Abigail Slate and many other relatives and friends.
