NORMAN — The following people were charged with felony counts in the Cleveland County Court Clerk’s Office:

· Kimberly Lynn Gowens, 38, two counts of first-degree arson

· Timothy Carl Idell, 32, first-degree arson, two counts of third-degree arson

· Marty Lee Wilcox, 41, five counts of third-degree arson

· Christopher Ray Arndt, 28, robbery by force or fear, attempted first-degree burglary, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, domestic abuse assault and battery, and assault and battery — all in concert and together with Felix Arndt Jr., Terry Duran and Tiffany Arndt

· Terry Wayne Duran, 47, robbery by force or fear, attempted first-degree burglary, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, and assault and battery — all in concert and together with Felix Arndt Jr., Christopher Arndt and Tiffany Arndt

· Felix Ray Arndt Jr., 27, robbery by force or fear, attempted first-degree burglary, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, and assault and battery — all in concert and together with Christopher Arndt, Terry Duran and Tiffany Arndt

· Tiffany Rose Arndt, 30, robbery by force or fear, attempted first-degree burglary, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, and assault and batter — all in concert and together with Felix Arndt Jr., Christopher Arndt and Terry Duran

· Martha Ann Rushe, 31, possession of controlled dangerous substance, public intoxication

· Ivory Lee Lewis, 32, driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana, driving with a cancelled, suspended or revoked license

· Michael Adam Buchanan, 29, actual physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, obstructing an officer

· Garrett Brook Carreira-pawai, 34, bogus check/con game
