Felony charges filed

NORMAN — The following felonies were filed in Cleveland County District Court:

· William Alexander Bedell, 30, Wynnewood, second-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools;

· Twila Dawn Winkler, 41, Norman, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol;

· Victor Manuel Perez, 23, Oklahoma City, unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute, trafficking in illegal drugs and possession of controlled substance in presence of a minor or within 1,000 feet of school or park;

· Kelly Lynn Liss, 23, Oklahoma City, unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute, trafficking in illegal drugs and possession of controlled substance in presence of a minor or within 1,000 feet of school or park;

· Anthony Triplett Edwards, 25, Oklahoma City, two counts of knowingly concealing stolen property;

· Jessi Levi Grady, 27, Oklahoma City, obtaining (or attempt) controlled substance by forgery/fraud;

· Jeannie Renee Wilson, 27, Oklahoma City, knowingly concealing stolen property, possession of controlled substance and larceny of merchandise from retailer;

· Daryl Marquise Davis, 34, Moore, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol;

· Jesse Don Steelman, 25, Moore, possession of controlled substance;

· Michael Joe Carrillo, 30, Mustang, possession of controlled substance and knowingly concealing stolen property.
