Detectives searching for theft suspect

NORMAN — Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office detectives need the public’s help finding a man they believe used a stolen credit card earlier this month at a retail store in south Oklahoma City.

The victim reported that his Ford F-150 pickup was burglarized between 12 a.m. and 8 a.m. Feb. 10, near Southwest 112th and May Avenue in Oklahoma City. A credit card and other items were taken during the burglary.

Later that day, a black man wearing a black hat and red jacket was seen on surveillance footage at Walmart, near Interstate 240 and Santa Fe Avenue in Oklahoma City, using the credit card to make a purchase. Detectives would like to speak with the man.

Anyone who has information about the man’s whereabouts or burglary should call the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office at 321-8600 and ask for a detective.
