NORMAN — The following people were charged with felony counts in the Cleveland County Court Clerk’s Office:
· Seth Salvatore Skiles, 26, possession of controlled dangerous substance, possession of firearms after conviction or during probation, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia
· Cody Glen Shoptaw, 22, second degree burglary
· Brent Phelps McMillan, 38, possession of firearm after former felony conviction
· Joel Daniel Keahbone, 36, robbery by force or fear in concert with Byron Tongkeamah
· Byron Scott Tongkeamah, 27, robbery by force or fear in concert with Joel Keahbone
· Justis Hamilton Burgess, 19, possession of controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor under 12 or within 1000 feet of a park or school
· Chelsea Llaina Ray Smith, 24, possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia
· Brandon Dale Robinson, 32, contraband/weapons/explosives and drugs in a penal institution, possession of controlled dangerous substance, malicious injury to property, destroying evidence
· James Randolph Hanna, 33, aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol
· Larissa Faye Gatlin, 22, uttering a forged instrument
· Shannon Nicole Hogan, uttering a counterfeit instrument, falsely personating another to create liability
· Anthony Tuan Laszynski, 46, assault and battery domestic by strangulation, assault and battery domestic abuse
