NORMAN — The following people were charged with felony counts in the Cleveland County Court Clerk’s Office:

· Jimmy Eugene Cossey, 21, possession of controlled dangerous substance; driving with a cancelled, suspended or revoked license

· Lucas Brandon Odom, 30, possession of controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor under 12 and within 1,000 feet of a park, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication
