NORMAN — The following people were charged with felony counts in the Cleveland County Court Clerk’s Office:
· Seana Lynn Ellis, 43, possession of controlled dangerous substance
· Curtarius Perry, 23, unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, acquire proceeds from drug activity, possession of firearm after former felony conviction, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
