NORMAN — The following people were charged with felony counts in the Cleveland County Court Clerk’s Office:

· Dustin Wesley Nievar, 25, possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

· Steven Glenn Parnell, 44, falsely personate another to create liability, driving under suspension

· Aaron Earl Palmer, 40, domestic abuse assault and battery by strangulation

· Matthew Wa t huck bear Smith, 36, domestic abuse assault and battery

· Michael Steven Hickman, 33, possession of marijuana in concert with H. Mauizzio, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

· James Leland Davis Rea, 37, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, possession of controlled dangerous substance

· John Harley Shelton, 30, possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

· Matthew Jeremy Patton, 24, person involved in a personal injury accident while under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating liquor, leaving the scene of an accident involving injury

· Matthew Brian Pelnik, 19, grand larceny, malicious injury to property under $1000

· Nathan Rube Kitson, 19, knowingly concealing stolen property

· Justin Lee Rosenberger, 23, knowingly concealing stolen property
