honors Eakin
First State Bank recently recognized Chelcee Eakin Employee of the Month. Eakin, Audit Assistant and Teller, began working at FSB in August 2011 as part-time teller. In January 2012 she accepted added responsibilities of Audit Assistant.
Born in England to a United State military family from Davis, Okla., Eakin moved frequently until she had completed her first two years of college. She is a graduate of Cooper High School in Abilene, Texas, and received her Associates degree in Management from Coastline Community College. In 2010, she moved with her family to the Lexington/Noble area. She continues to pursue a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Finance at the University of Central Oklahoma and expects to graduate within the next two years.

Saxum, an integrated marketing communications agency offering public relations, advertising and digital services, recently announced the promotion of Lindsay Vidrine to account director, Houda Elyazgi to senior account supervisor and Lisa Lloyd to manager of media relations and crisis communications in the agency’s Oklahoma City office.
In her new role, Vidrine oversees a team of marketing communications professionals, provides strategic counsel and ensures clients receive high-quality, integrated marketing communications. Before joining Saxum, she served as director of travel communications and publications for the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department and as senior account executive in the health care and environmental practice group at Fleishman-Hillard in St. Louis. Vidrine is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in environmental science.
As senior account supervisor, Elyazgi is responsible for delivering strategic, integrated marketing communications for Saxum clients as well as overseeing Saxum’s Step Up program. She previously interned for U.S. Rep. Tom Cole in Washington, D.C. and interned for Saxum before joining the team full time. Elyazgi graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in Arabic.
Lloyd is responsible for managing Saxum’s media relations department including all media relations initiatives and strategies for Saxum clients on a local, regional and national level. She also leads Saxum’s media training sessions and crisis communications efforts. Lloyd previously worked for the Public Information Office of the City of Oklahoma City, Ethics and Excellence in Journalism Foundation, Oklahoma Gazette, KGOU Radio and The Oklahoman. She graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a minor in Spanish.‹
