Eightsingle-family residential unit permits were issued valued at $2,077,700 with an average value of $259,713.

Twenty single-family addition/alteration permits were issued valued at $334,798.

Threedemo permits were issued for demolition of houses at 1249 Iowa St, 3319 48th Ave. N.W, and 3219 W. Rock Creek Rd.

Nine single-family residential unit applications were submitted valued at $1,655,579 with average value of $183,953.

One single-family addition/alteration permit was submitted valued at $3,000.

Two demo permits were submitted for demolition of houses at 1016 W. Lindsey St and 709 Jenkins Ave.
