Chamber Lunch & Learn scheduled

NORMAN — “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act — Understanding the Changes and Business Implications”

The Business Development Committee is sponsoring a Lunch & Learn event on Thursday, Feb. 7 from 11:45 a .m. 1 p.m. at the Chamber offices. The topic is “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act — Understanding the Changes and Business Implications.” Presenting Sponsor for the event is the Cleveland County YMCA.

Panel speakers include Karen Rieger, Crowe & Dunlevy; Tim McFall, INSURICA – Agar-Ford-Jarmon & Muldrow Insurance; Kelley Grace, Eide Bailly LLP; and David Whitaker, Norman Regional Health Systems.

Topics include health care legal obligations, insurance changes for businesses and how the changes will affect the health care industry overall including health care providers.
