NORMAN — The following new permits were issued between Oct. 31 and Nov. 7:

The Grove Student Housing commercial 3+ Family new permits located at 3201 13h Place (224 units) in Ward No. 7 were issued. The project consists of 13 commercial new 3+ family and 1 commercial new construction permits with a total value of $9,413,651.

One demo permit was issued for interior only demolition at 1236 Alameda St Suite 100.

The following commercial new construction and commercial temporary building/construction trailer applications were submitted between October 31st and November 7th, 2012.

Six single-family residential unit permits were issued valued at $960,800 with an average value of $160,133.

Nineteen single-family addition/alteration permits were issued valued at $191,405.

One single-family permit was issued to replace a wild fire damaged home at 14150 Bridge Creek Dr. with a value of $302,000.

Five single-family residential unit applications were submitted valued at $4,225,000 with average value of $845,000.

Three single-family addition/alteration applications were submitted valued at $135,496.
