Eleven single-family residential unit permits were issued valued at $1,586,819 with an average value of $144,256.

Sixteen single-family addition/alteration permits were issued valued at $124,513.

One demo permit was issued for demolition of house at 706 Jenkins Ave.

Six single-family residential unit applications were submitted valued at $1,122,200 with average value of $187,033.

Three single-family addition/alteration permits were submitted valued at $102,187.

One demo permit was submitted for demolition of a detached garage at 724 Jenkins Ave.
