NORMAN — Republic Bankers Promoted

Chuck Thompson, President and CEO of Republic Bank & Trust, Norman, Oklahoma, announced this week the following Officer Promotions:

 · Cindy Allen — has been promoted to Senior Vice President. She is Director of Mortgage Operations for Republic and is also the Bank’s Senior Mortgage Underwriter. She has been with Republic for 11 years.

· Mariann Lawson — has been promoted to Senior Vice President with responsibilities as Director of Marketing and Customer Development. She has been with Republic for 17 years.

·Mark Ledbetter — has been promoted to Senior Vice President with responsibilities as Director of Republic’s Business Solutions division. He has been with Republic for 15 years.

· Mary Morgan — has been promoted to Assistant Vice President and currently supports the Bank’s Mortgage Department as Assistant Operations Manager and Mortgage Processor. She has been with Republic for 7 years.

· Philip Wong — has been promoted to Assistant Vice President and is a Relationship Manager at the Bank’s West Banking Center. He has been with Republic for 5 years.

Fightmaster joins First American team

Since 1989 Lori Fightmaster has had an active career in the field of banking. Fightmaster has now returned to banking and accepted the position of Executive Vice President of Service and Sales with First American Bank, a position vacated by the retirement of Donna Page who served in this role for eight years.

Her 22-year career path began with bank in Oklahoma City in bookkeeping and culminated at the senior vice president level at a Norman-based bank when she stepped away from banking in July 2011. At that time, Fightmaster chose to focus on becoming accredited to teach and consult others in Emotional Intelligence for Personal Leadership.

In addition to her work at the bank, Fightmaster will continue her work as founder of the Leadership Prosperity Group and be an adjunct teacher at Moore Norman Technology Center. She will teach classes and work with corporate customers at the Bank, focusing on the aspects of leadership, the importance of professional development.
