Ten single-family residential unit permits were issued valued at $1,898,677 with an average value of $189,868.

Sixteen single-family addition/alteration permits were issued valued at $217,430.

Two single-family residential unit applications were submitted valued at $697,600 with an average value of $348,800.

One single-family addition/alteration application was submitted valued at $1,500.

Two demo applications were submitted to demolish houses at 1121 W. Symmes St. and 1123 W. Symmes St.
