NORMAN — Ward 4 Council member Greg Jungman is hosting a general meeting for Ward 4 residents and interested parties at 7 p.m. on Monday in City Council Chambers. The entire community is invited. The ward meeting will focus on updating residents on the city council’s progress on high density housing rules. Residents may recall that the city concluded a series of community dialogues on high density housing this summer. Additionally, ideas for new capital projects will be accepted. The meeting will conclude with an open forum for residents to provide feedback to the council member and propose new programs or policies for the city.
