NORMAN — The Norman Street Division crews closed Jenkins Avenue between Lindsey Street and Brooks Street this week to perform concrete panel replacement and drainage repairs. Full access to the stadium area will be maintained from Lindsey Street during the construction. Simultaneous to the concrete repairs, asphalt deep patching will occur between Brooks Street and Boyd Street on Jenkins Avenue. This work will be performed under traffic with flagmen on sight to direct traffic around the work zone. The recommended detour route is Lindsey Street, Elm Avenue and Boyd Street.
